Ethos Home Care & Hospice is a 501c3 nonprofit organization that provides home health services to the Red River Valley region. Each partner organization, on its own, is widely recognized for providing innovative services to aging adults throughout a continuum of care. The home care program provides a variety of services to people 60 and over who meet state-mandated guidelines for income and physical need for services. If the need for services includes relief for a caregiver, there are not any income limits. The Ethos Nutrition program started in 1973 and is one of more than 5,000 local Senior Nutrition Programs in the United States.

Our suite of mental health, diagnostic and psychiatry services help you and your family on the road to holistic wellness. We are currently hiring for positions within the Community Relations, Home Care and Counseling & Supportive Services, and Administration Departments. Positions range from program coordination to client services. Ethos serves a very diverse clientele and our 115+ staff reflect that diversity.
Through its home delivered meals and congregate meals (Community Cafés) programs, Ethos provides well over 1,200 meals to seniors who need them each day. Activities performed by specially trained homemakers to assist the client with daily hygiene and grooming needs. An Ethos nurse will work with you to complete a care plan that meets your needs. If you are unable to leave your home for physical, occupational, or speech therapy, the team at Ethos can come to you.
